Privacy Policy

1. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the platform, the Academy may process account details such as name, email, mobile number, Student/Teacher profile information, academic preferences, device records, notification tokens, learning activity, test attempts/results, enrollments, support messages and account-deletion requests.

2. Payments

For paid Courses or Mock Tests, the platform stores internal transaction status, amount, currency, verification state and access-entitlement information. Payment credentials such as card numbers or security codes are not intentionally collected by the Academy application.

3. Teacher Information

Teacher applications may include profile, qualification, experience and organization information needed for Admin review and approval. Teacher access remains subject to the configured approval workflow.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide learning access, save progress, operate Mock Tests, generate results, deliver notifications, support Teacher tools, process Online Payment status, prevent abuse, answer support requests and maintain security/audit records.

5. Notifications & Devices

When enabled, device tokens may be used to deliver push notifications. A notification can still appear in the in-app inbox when no active push token is available.

6. Retention & Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from the public Delete Account page or from supported account settings. Verified deletion requests are reviewed by Admin. Identity/profile data can be anonymized while limited academic, transaction, security or audit records may be retained where needed for integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.

7. Security

The platform uses role/status authorization, email OTP verification, rate limiting, CSRF protection, secure headers, restricted uploads and audit logging. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and report suspicious activity.
