1. Platform Use

Use the Academy only for lawful learning, assessment and Teacher-authorized activities. Do not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, content scraping that disrupts service, account sharing that bypasses access controls, or manipulation of test/payment records.

2. Accounts

Students and Teachers must provide accurate account information. Email OTP and account-security controls may be required. Teacher accounts may require Admin approval before Teacher-only features become available.

3. Paid Access

Prices, access type and validity are shown before purchase. Paid access is activated only after the platform records a successful verified Online Payment and the applicable entitlement is granted.

4. Mock Tests

Mock Test timers, attempt limits, marking rules, review availability and result logic are controlled by the published test configuration. Users should ensure stable connectivity and submit within the permitted duration.

5. Educational Content

Course, Study Material, Current Affairs, Blog and Mock Test content is intended for educational preparation. Users should independently verify official exam notices, dates, rules and government information from the relevant authority.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, platform branding, original learning content, layout and generated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access does not transfer ownership.

7. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or restricted when necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, enforce Teacher approval decisions or respond to security concerns.
